BCInet technology is based on a patented brain-computer interface (BCI) using the brain-body approach, providing a communication pathway that bridges the intentions, thoughts and emotions of the user to applications, products, PCs, mobile phones, tablets, toys, industrial devices or the environment.

BCInet’s BCI technology consists of software and hardware components for third-parties to develop infinite numbers of new applications that monitor brain activity and/or use brain activity to control the world around them. BCInet licenses software and hardware technology to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), researchers and developers. Licensed technology components include:

• BCI Software Development Kit (SDK)
  BCInet’s SDK enables third‐parties to quickly and easily develop BCI‐based software applications using BCInet’s controller hardware. For use with the most popular integrated development environments, its APIs, sample code, documentation and support community enable rapid development of BCI-based applications.

• BCI Controller and Headband
  BCInet’s BCI Controller reads, amplifies and digitizes brain activity read at the forehead before handing it off to SDK‐based applications for control and monitoring. Better known as an electroencephalograph (EEG), BCInet’s BCI Controller is unique because of its ultra-low cost, portability and extensibility (through the BCI SDK), making it the only BCI development platform of its kind.
